340 Calorie Lunch on the EZ Diet – Georgia Peach BBQ Stir Fry & Sweet Potato Chips

Sweet Potato Chips:

Small sweet potato, sliced thin (1/4 to 3/8th inch), sprinkle with garlic powder, and Himalayan sea salt, and broil or convection oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Add some GA Peach Grilling Sauce on the plate to dip.  (120 calories) This is a maintenance mode amount of sweet potatoes. In weight loss mode cut back to half a sweet potato and add a salad.

Entree:

3 oz chicken, mung bean sprouts, white mushrooms, purple onion, and 4 tbspn GA Peach Grilling Sauce. I normally leave off the Ezekiel Bread if I’m using another carbohydrate.  However, cutting back on protein leaves a lot of extra calories in this meal (140 calories w sauce).

Leftover Sauce Slice of Ezekiel Bread:

When I finish and have this much sauce left on the plate I’ll lightly toast a piece of Low Sodium Ezekiel Bread. (80 Calories) This is the best part of the meal. Because Ezekiel Bread is sprouted it’s more like a vegetable. Notice how dense the low sodium Ezekiel Bread is, Food for Life is doing a good job putting out consistently dense quality bread.

This is a 10 to 15 minute meal to make.
