Turns out you are NOT always what you eat

EZ Diet Note:  This is a very big issue and should be another key point. I’m sure there hasn’t been enough emphasis on this site given to digestion.

I’ve found out personally that I need several probiotics taken daily with the highest count possible in digestive enzymes to maintain weight and general health.

Turns out you are NOT always what you eat

by:

The general populace is just beginning to realize that food is a major factor in determining their overall health. This common sense has eluded many for decades thanks to the diligent brainwashing done by Big Pharma and their white coat salesmen.

However, now that you do know nutrition plays a significant part in your health, all you need to do is eat a healthier diet and you’ll become what you eat, right?

Not exactly. Many people eating a much healthier diet may find that they are not much better off health-wise, or at least not as healthy as they hoped. This is because most people have yet to realize that you are not always what you eat. However, you are what you digest.

Although it may seem like this is splitting hairs, the difference between the two can be as stark as someone living with a chronic disease for the rest of their life, or completely eliminating it. The distinction is that important.

What happens when what you eat doesn’t digest properly

Most people assume that what they put down the hatch is exactly what they are getting inside their body. Unfortunately, that is a grievous error in thinking as the majority of digestive systems are not strong enough to properly break down and assimilate the nutrients in food so that they can be distributed by the blood to all areas of the body.

What causes digestive disturbances? Many things, most notably:

Poor food choices lacking in adequate enzymes and probiotics

Toxic burden that compromises your intestinal integrity, as well as your liver and gall bladder function

Prescription medications, most notably antibiotics

Poor chewing

Low stomach acid

Impaired pancreatic function

Stress

Bacterial, viral, fungal, and parasite infections

Most people can nod in agreement that they have been the victim of at least one of these issues, if not several, and this is why when digestion goes south you are not getting the most out of your food. This issue becomes even more prominent if you suffer from a candida infection, which you can learn more about here.

So what happens when digestion is compromised? Well, four main things will occur:

You won’t break down and unlock nutrients from your food properly which means much of it will end up in the toilet, instead of in your blood feeding your tissues, glands, organs, muscles, and more. This can lead to severe nutrient deficiencies.

Undigested food rots and ferments in the gut causing discomfort, heartburn, and indigestion.

This fermenting and rotting food becomes food for pathogens, creating an ideal environment for them to thrive in your digestive tract.

The toxins created from poorly digested food can also become sequestered in fat (to protect you) which makes it difficult to maintain a healthy body weight.

This is why you may not be getting the results you want from eating good food, and many struggling health enthusiasts are either completely in the dark or trying to figure out how to overcome this handicap to their health. Until they master their digestion by choosing foods that enhance it, and eliminating those that cripple it (including many organic, nutrient dense foods that can cause your digestive system significant harm), they will continue to struggle with healthy foods.

So, how do you make sure that you are what you eat?

First of all, you need to ensure you are largely eliminating the issues that make digestion worse, which are noted above. Along with this removal, consider antimicrobials and hydrotherapy to remove any unfriendly tenants in your digestive tract.

Secondly, you need to maximize your enzyme, probiotic, vitamin, and mineral uptake so you can start to balance your inner ecology while ensuring you get more than enough nutrients to compensate for poor absorption. An excellent solution for enzymes, vitamin, and minerals is the Health Ranger Fermented Super30 powder. Look to cultured vegetables and beverages to increase your probiotic uptake as well. Consider bitter herbs to support stomach acid production.

Lastly, to assist with the healing of the digestive tract lining, consider bone broth and the Health Ranger’s 100% Organic Freeze Dried Aloe Vera Extract as well as Health Ranger’s Hawaiian Astaxanthin.

Hopefully it is clear to you now that mastering your digestion is really the first step in generating the results you want for your health. Once you get that straight, then you really can say you are what you eat, and you’ll have the results to show for it! [For more information on natural remedies, visit Cures.news.]
