From the Fringe: How We Volunteer for Income Tax, Property Tax and Alimony

Ezekiel Diet Note: I’ve slowly come to the conclusion that income taxes, property taxes and even alimony are all debt slave liabilities we voluntarily assume.

We volunteer to pay federal taxes when we complete an IRS 1040 tax return that creates the liability. I understand there’s no law requiring us to file the IRS Form 1040. Once filed you’ve agreed that you owe the liability or face jail time. Voluntary incrimination.

We volunteer for the property tax when we voluntarily file a deed after purchasing property.

We voluntarily put ourselves under State marital and alimony laws when we file for a marriage license. Divorce has become a $5 billion a year legal industry shaking down mainly men.

A similar marriage arrangement can be achieved with a Revocable Trust that owns all marital property with survivor rights. This eliminates the parasitic vesting of a one spouse that grants them a state forced golden parachute alimony arrangement.

My life experience has taught me that marriage only works if both partners make about the same amount of income. If one partner makes too much (tempts divorce and state sanctioned parasitic alimony), or too little income or too much debt or tax liabilities (reason to run away and leave the debts with one) which can trigger a divorce. Marriage today in most cases is not ‘for better or worse’ it’s actually ‘for better or divorce.‘ There’s no reason to assume that beast of burden liability.

I don’t advocate marriage at all in this criminal lawfare society. It’s an unnecessary liability for men. Have a church wedding with a pastor if you must, but forget about the state marriage license. Or do a private ceremony and set everything up in trust and forget all the divorce laws designed to shake you down.
