Grilled Organic Sweet Potatoes and French Green Beans for the Week

This is 2 good sized organic sweet potatoes (sliced thin 3/8″), and a big bag of French Green Beans. I coated the green beans and sweet potatoes in olive oil and added seasoning to taste. I used garlic powder, a small amount of clean sea salt, and some salt-free Mrs. Dash Onion and Herb and Table Blend. The bag of green beans and two organic sweet potatoes sliced covered a large 4 burner grill. Probably 2 servings of vegetables for 5 or 6 meals. About a dollar a meal.

Medium to high heat on the grill. Cooking on aluminum foil helps avoid burning. This batch was grilled on aluminum foil.

Reheat at 500 degrees in a toaster oven for 5 to 10 minutes depending on how warm you like it.
