Skinny Chocolate Pumpkin Pie with Stevia and Almond Meal/Butter Crust

If you’ve been following the blog posts here, you know I’ve been experimenting with adding Cocao powder to sweet potato and now pumpkin pie.

The last pie I just used 1 tablespoon of cacao powder per pie (I normally make 2 pies at a time with one 15 oz can pumpkin) or 2 tablespoons in mix for 2 pies.  2 tablespoons wasn’t enough. 3 tablespoons of cacao powder is much better.

Pictured above is a pumpkin pie where I used 1.5 tablespoons of Cocao powder per pie, or 3 tablespoons per 15 oz. can of Libby’s 100% pumpkin. 3 total tablespoons, or 1.5 tablespoons per pumpkin pie is definitely chocolate pie.
