EZ Diet Comment:  I don’t believe simply swishing coconut oil can get deep enough between the tooth and gums for mild or severe gum disease cases. I also don’t believe it would be a good idea to use coconut oil in a Water-Pik as it could gum it up once it solidifies.  However, I believe I’ll add this process to my Water-Pik therapy.

Learn how to do coconut oil pulling. I’ll also share about the benefits of doing oil pulling.

In order to oil pull, take two teaspoons of sesame, coconut, or olive oil and lightly swoosh in your mouth for 10- 20 minutes a day.

It’s been shown to help tooth decay, bleeding gums, naturally whiten teeth, strengthen your jaw muscles, cleanse your mouth, kill bad bacteria, and even support weight loss.

Afterwards, you’re going to spit the oil out, rinse your mouth out with water, and brush your teeth as normal. Perform this routine for two weeks every day, and then just twice a week.
