EZ Diet Note:  I enjoyed the fast paced light-hearted look at what happens to your blood sugar levels and gastrointestinal issues from the different artificial and natural sweeteners they’re testing.  I recently dropped Stevia in the Raw because it’s cut with Maltodextrin which is a corn derivative, probably gmo; but the bigger issue is Maltodextrin spikes blood sugar levels that increase insulin and stop weight loss.  I’m trying an organic stevia-based product mixed with erythritol which have no affect on blood sugar levels. It’s been great for skinny pumpkin pie; but the granulated erythritol stands out in the skinny cheesecake recipe. I’m thinking of trying the powdered erythritol mixed with Stevia if I can find it.
