Look at where the potassium is in these examples.  This is about what you need to consume at each meal to even get close to 4,700 mg potassium a day. This is a key issue for anyone who retains fluid from excessive sodium, like me. I’m starting to understand that when I stop eating potassium rich meals like these, most of the time, I start gaining weight.
