Lucky Leaf Lite Apple Pie Filling with Stevia and Cinnamon

Ezekiel Diet Note:  This is the easiest of the low calorie desserts I use while losing weight. I add 2 small packets of Stevia and a 1/2 to a whole teaspoon of cinnamon and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F in this baking dish. I leave it out on the counter covered in plastic wrap during the day and put in the fridge at night. I like it room temperature. That’s it. It makes 4 big desserts or 6 to 8 small desserts. I like baking it in a baking dish and leaving it there instead of pouring it into a 1,000+ calorie pie crust because the pie crust gets soggy before you can eat it all. Plus most ready-made pie crusts are 100 to 120 calories a slice (mostly sugar); where 1 graham cracker half (3″ X 3″) is only 30 calories. 30 calories graham cracker square, 20 calories lite apple filling, 30 calories of Reddi Wip cream = 80+ total calories
