Will Ezekiel’s temple be built in a future millennium?

In this video we begin to unravel Ezekiel’s vision of a future temple seen in Ezekiel 40-48. Is this vision describing a temple being built in the far future or is it for a more contemporaneous generation?

During the Bible study, we explore passages within these nine chapters regarding the specifications of the building of the temple, the inner and outer courts and it’s surrounding buildings.

We also look at the many passages describing animal sacrifices within this future temple complex, the associated Zadokite priesthood that heads it and even discuss the significance of Solomon’s porch in relation to this temple vision.

Towards the conclusion of the video, we look at the land allotment seen in this vision and correlate it with modern-day Israel, Jerusalem and the temple mount itself. Do the two match? If not, why not?

Finally, we end with an interpretation of the river of life seen flowing from the temple in Ezekiel’s vision. What does this symbolize and does it have relevance for us today?
