Are Dr. Berg & Bobby Perrish right about meat & seafood at Costco?

Ezekiel Diet Note:  Between Dr. Eric Berg’s 11+ million YT subscribers and Bobby Parrish’s almost 5 million subscribers I’m taking it for granted they’re probably receiving something in return for this commercial. They’re highlighting great products I use all the time.

Don’t misunderstand my intentions with this post; I’ve been a happy 5 star Costco customer for decades. I enjoy shopping at Costco and buy most of the products highlighted in this video.  I especially love their 2 lb vac-sealed freezer bag organic chicken packs of thighs, breasts, and wings. I can make delicious perfect chicken wings with Costco organic wings faster than I can change clothes and go pick up contaminated wings from a local restaurant hawking cheap chicken. We use their lamb, bison, ribs, organic chicken and fish, organic fruit and vegetables, eggs. And I’m ashamed to say it it, but I occasionally pick up one of their $4.99 “we-just-want- to-pump-you-up” fat beyond belief rotisserie chickens they do so well. I back it into the garage and eat off of it all month. : )
