My Cold or Flu Protocol

Ezekiel Diet Note: I’ve found that so much time goes by between catching a cold or flu that I forget all the pieces of the protocol or I get sloppy and skip parts. I find myself standing in Walmart or grocery store pharmacy staring at 100 different cold meds wondering which one to buy.

I’m posting this as much for my own benefit so I can find it later. Maybe it will help you as well. I’ve found when I combine all of this list the cold is gone much quicker. All of this is in addition to my regular vitamin supplement regimen. Except that I split out cold and flu herbs and vitamins in a different container (9 compartment box) and take them separately twice a day, morning and night. One compartment is filled with D3 and K2, another Vitamin C, Lysine, Zinc, Quercitin, Astragalus, Olive Leaf and probiotics.

My cold and flu protocol:

Hydroxichloriquine 1 day

Ivermectin 18 mg every other day

Zinc 50+ mg day (double what I would normally take)

Vitamin D3 50,000 iu day (2.5 times what I normally take)

Vitamin K2 w D3 (eggs have K2)

At least 15 minutes of direct sun exposure a day.

Lysine 1000 mg morning and night

Vitamin C 3,000 mg twice day, or more.

Allicin Garlic, Olive Leaf Extract, Astragalus, Quercitin, colloidal silver 5,000 ppm,

Symptoms: Ibuprofen 400 to 600 mg dosage for sore throat

Symptoms: Use NyQuil Day and Night liquid formulas for the first stage of congestion and to sleep.

Symptoms: Mucinex 12 hour extended release tablet in place of NyQuil.

Nebulizer with 3% food grade peroxide diluted with saline

Avoid dairy to reduce sinus mucus.

Get plenty of sleep.

Drink extra water, purified or distilled to thin mucus drainage.

If you still have the congestion after 3 weeks start a 5 day Z Pack. Use 10 days if 5th day still have symptoms.

Increase quality probiotics 3 times a day during and after Z Packs

Symptoms: Use Allegra 180 mg Fexofenadine Hydrochloride 24 hour for final stages of sinus infection, sticky drainage in back of throat causing constant clearing and cough to clear after waking up.

Avoid foods high in Arginine that tax immunity and feeds the virus: caffeine, dark chocolate, peanuts, alcohol, wheat, watermelon
