Walgreens Aggressively Pushing Vaccines

Ezekiel Diet Note: I was picking up a post-surgery medication for a friend at Walgreens when I was asked if I was up to date on my vaccines and boosters.

I responded, “No, I’m actually not ready to commit suicide by vaccine quite yet, but I tell you what, when I am I will come back and take all the free vaccines you offer.” He thought that was funny as I stared back at him with a serious look.

The day before I was looking for something specific at Walgreens and here comes a helpful Walgreen’s employee. Once she showed me where the item I was looking for was, she exposed her helpful motive and went into her vaccine sales-pitch “have you taken your flu shot yet?” like it was just a foregone conclusion everybody takes the flu shot. I told her I wasn’t interested. I thought the next time I’ll just respond “no, I haven’t taken any vaccines since the 4th grade. But whenever I’m ready to commit suicide, I’ll remember your free offer.”

Without the flu shot motive she wouldn’t have given me the time of day. It’s my opinion Walgreens is compensated for the number of vaccines they administer. It’s the only thing that makes sense, especially when all the pharmacy employees are required to push them on customers.

It has to be a healthy compensation to incorporate murdering your customers into your business model.
