GramZero – No-Bake No-Sugar Added Cheesecake with Organic Stevia Review

Ezekiel Diet Note:  I took delivery yesterday of the GramZero No-Bake Cheesecake with Stevia and promptly mixed up a bag with 16 oz of FairLife Ultra-Filtered Lactose Free (50% more Protein, 50% less sugar than regular milk). I poured into a olive oil sprayed glass container. The next time I would mix it quicker and pour it while still liquid to eliminate bubbles in mix above.

I can imagine this consistency better poured in clear plastic cups with layers of graham cracker crumble, cherry pie topping, thawberry (thawed strawberries) layers, blue berries, raspberries, peaches, Oreo cookie substitute or chocolate graham cracker crumble, nuts, oats, chocolate bits, etc. Add a vanilla creamy pudding dollop swirled on top with topping. There are dozens of different toppings and layer ideas.

It’s actually very tasty. Not the exact texture of cheesecake which can be dry and flaky and often bland. The no-bake cheesecake is creamier, however it’s gelled enough to scoop out of a glass dish in a triangle pie shape for a picture.

The picture above is a 30 calorie graham cracker crumbled (2/3rd less calories than graham pie crust), on top of a 70 calorie slice of no-bake cheesecake, with maybe 30 calories in Reddi Wip cream. 130 calories total.

Is it an exact match for cheesecake? No. But it’s better in it’s own way and healthier. Could I eat this no-bake cheesecake verses real sugar-spike cheesecake? Most definitely.

I would also add this dessert is not just okay, with an odd after-taste or anything that would cause me to be ambivalent about making and consuming more. It’s actually very good.
