Empaths With Few or No Friends Usually Have These Traits

Ezekiel Diet Note: I never thought much about empaths; or about actually being an empath myself. But listening to Carl Jung and Daniel Goleman in this video below has been enlightening to me. Someone finally put words to something I’ve experienced firsthand all my life. I’ve always said people exhaust me. I’ve described myself often saying ‘I don’t miss anything’; like hyper-awareness about every detail. This is exhausting.  Like correcting the misspelled word ‘Powerfull’ in the YouTube thumbnail for this video.

I need to retreat and recharge after too much interaction with other people. This got worse as I started waking up to this matrix simulation we live in. Meeting people today is like leaving reality and getting mentally ready to step into their simulated matrix of deception; the fantasy movie that is their life. This is exhausting to me. Many extrovert personalities that I’ve let into my circle in the past simply assumed I was deficient somehow.

Having few or no friends isn’t always about rejection.
Sometimes it’s about capacity.

This video explores the quiet psychology behind empaths who keep their circle small — not as a flaw, but as a rare internal configuration most people never notice.

It isn’t about disliking people.
And it isn’t about wanting to be alone.

It’s about what happens when connection costs more than it gives — and why some people feel more intact in silence than in company.

If you’ve ever wondered why you don’t crave constant social contact, this video doesn’t rush to reassure you.

It lets the tension speak for itself.

Some solitude isn’t loneliness.
It’s restraint.
