Ezekiel Diet Note:  Here’s what she implies at the end, which I completely agree with.

Ask yourself… Self: Why would anyone in their right mind advise you to avoid egg yokes which will contribute to vitamin D deficiency? Low vitamin D levels contribute to getting colds and flu, respiratory illness, osteoporosis, depression, schizophrenia, dementia, diabetes, prostate cancer, severe ED, heart disease, breast cancer, bone pain, muscle weakness, fatigue, and mood changes.  Maybe those who profit from a sick and dying population?

Most will say, but I have to avoid egg yokes to keep my cholesterol under 200. That’s another pharmaceutical boondoggle, because normal cholesterol levels were much higher 60 years ago before cholesterol drugs became so lucrative.

Did you know that egg yolk is one of the VERY RARE foods that has vitamin D naturally? And D is crucial for strong bones and a healthy immune system. You can only get D from oily fish, mushrooms, meat and egg yolks. That’s it. BUT guess what needs to be present for your body to actually absorb that vitamin D? Fat. Because vitamin D is fat-soluble. So is vitamin A, which you’ll also find in egg yolks.
