Why You Should Try Kerrygold Irish Butter with Avocado Oil

Ezekiel Diet Note: I recently grabbed a tub of Kerrygold Irish Butter without noticing that it was a blend with avocado oil.

I used to keep salted butter out on the counter so it was soft when needed. I never had any issues doing that for years. After getting food poisoning 4 times in two years I stopped leaving the butter out of the refrigerator in case that was the source. The issue with cold butter is it’s hard and difficult to skim just a small amount. You end up with hard chunks and smashed bread.

However, I started using the new Kerrygold with avocado oil right out of the fridge and it’s soft enough even when cold to skim just a small amount for flavor. Try it if you want spreadable cold butter right out of the refrigerator.

Restaurants should use this blend. Nothings worse that packets of cold hard butter at restaurants with their bread.

I realize Kerrygold was in a lawsuit over the foil-paper wrappers they use. I use their product that comes in a plastic tub. The lawsuit involved allegations that the company’s butter, marketed as “Pure Irish Butter,” contained harmful synthetic chemicals known as PFAS (in foil-paper wrapped product), which raised concerns about misleading labeling and consumer trust. The case has since been dismissed, with no settlement reported, but it highlighted issues regarding food labeling standards and corporate accountability in the dairy industry.

By the way, Chlorine Dioxide at the first sign of food poisoning can cut the duration and severity by 75% from my personal experience. I now use 3 ml of Sodium Chloride and 3 ml of HydroChloric Acid (dropper) and let it mix in a small shot glass sized container. Then I pour that mixed 6 ml solution in a 16 oz bottle of purified water. I drink 2 ounces every 15 minutes for 2 hours. Every 15 minutes keeps the bacteria blooms from getting another foothold before another 2 ounces was hitting them. Then I make another bottle and take a couple ounces every hour for 8 hours. I do that as long as I have stomach discomfort. I would always go to bed with a CDS mixed bottle of water.  The first sign of food poisoning for me is stabs of lower stomach pain that feels like a brick stuck in my lower intestines; that you can’t pass.
