AI Fatigue: Nobody Actually Wants AI Anymore

Ezekiel Diet Note: This is an interesting turn of events. I’ve felt the AI threat personally and created my own anxiety to catch up. I’m barely starting to catch up, but I can see the push back myself from others who have AI image and video fatigue.

All this brings to mind the invention of the paint roller. Before the paint roller many unionized painting companies paid painters high wages to paint walls well with paint brushes. When the paint roller was invented many unionized painting companies banned them. All the union hourly wage painters using brushes took 2 hours to paint a wall. A painter with a roller could paint the same wall in 10 minutes. Then came the paint sprayer that could paint the same wall in 2 minutes. Paint brush painters were relegated to the trim and cut in work. But the paint roller and then the sprayer took over the market. Today painting walls with a paint brush is an absurd idea. I’m sure there was paint roller fatigue back then as experienced painters were being asked to use a “roller”.

I think the fear and stress of changing to AI assisted work is causing the fatigue and backlash. Maybe that’s why the Satanic pedophile powers that be must believe it’s just easier to kill everybody and start over, rather than listen to us whine about innovation that limits our place in the world.

People often compare AI to the internet, but there’s one big problem with that comparison: people naturally adopted the internet as it became available over the years. AI, on the other hand, is being forced into every crevice of our lives and the response is increasingly “we don’t want AI.”
