Whole Foods, Kroger, Publix Chicken Brand To Avoid – Farmer Focus – Putrid Smell

Ezekiel Diet Note:  I don’t usually go out of my way to review a bad product, but I’m making an exception for Farmer Focus organic free range chicken.  On 3 consecutive occasions I’ve witnessed a putrid smell from Farmer Focus chicken. This is consistently the worst smelling chicken I’ve ever purchased. It smells terrible as soon as you open what appears to be fresh package of chicken based on date. It’s actually a stomach turning odor.

I’ve assumed this chicken is going through a putrid bath where it picks up this odor. A nasty thought. I don’t know how they’re still on the market.

Also, Farmer Focus chicken is chock-full of fluid that cooks out of the meat in a frying pan with the same putrid smell. It’s my opinion I’ve paid full organic chicken prices for that putrid chicken bath water.
